Your IEP binder. Minus the binder.
IEP Ally Binder puts every document, deadline, and decision in one place β so you walk into that meeting ready, organized, and impossible to dismiss.
Sound familiar?
The product
Here's what it looks like when you're actually organized.
IEP Ally Binder was created because the tools didn't exist. There was no single place to track progress, store documents, log communications, and walk into a meeting feeling like you actually knew what was happening.
So we built it. For the mom who is Googling procedural safeguards at midnight. For the dad who brings a notebook because he doesn't trust his memory. For every parent who has ever felt like a visitor in a meeting about their own child.
She walked into that room knowing exactly where every document was. They were not ready for her.

FAQ
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We will never sell or share your childβs information with third parties -- ever. This is your binder, and it stays yours.
After your 14 days, youβll be asked to subscribe to keep access. Your documents are always safe -- if you choose not to continue, youβll be able to export everything before your account is locked.
Multiple children support is coming soon. For now, we recommend naming your documents with each childβs name to keep things organized.
Not at all. If you can send an email and take a photo, you can use IEP Ally Binder. It was designed specifically for parents, not administrators or developers.
Anything -- IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, letters from the school, emails, meeting notes, and more. If it matters for your childβs education, it belongs here.
504 families are absolutely welcome. The document vault and communication log work just as well for 504 plans. Weβre starting with IEP in the name because thatβs where we began -- but this tool is for any parent navigating special education services.
The deadline tracker and goal progress log are actively in development -- built by a SPED mom who has lived this process firsthand. Every feature gets built carefully and tested thoroughly because the goal is to make your life easier, not add more frustration to it. Early users will be the first to know when theyβre ready.
